Encryption in transit and at rest
All data transmitted between your browser and TickUp is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Privacy-first integrations
When you connect Google Calendar, Outlook, ClickUp, or other tools, TickUp reads what it needs to optimize your schedule — it doesn't copy or store your company's task details, project descriptions, or internal communications.
AI data boundaries
TickUp never sends your task data, notes, or project information to AI services. The only exception is calendar event titles, which help optimize your daily schedule. Your sensitive information stays within TickUp's secure environment.
Your data travels with you
Your personal productivity insights — energy patterns, time tracking, notes, and habits — belong to you. If you change jobs, your system comes with you. Company-specific information stays with your employer.
