Built by people who needed it.

TickUp started with a simple frustration: every productivity tool we tried showed us what to do — but none of them cared about when we should do it.

We'd plan focused work for the morning, then watch meetings eat it by 11am. We'd end the day with a full to-do list of completed tasks and zero progress on the work that actually mattered.

So we built the planner we couldn't find.

TickUp is developed by MyTickUp Ltd., a subsidiary of Cedar Creek Ltd. — a London-based software company building tools for professionals since 1997. Three decades of experience taught us one thing: the best tools adapt to how people actually work, not the other way around.

What we believe

We connect to your existing tools — Google Calendar, Outlook, ClickUp — but we never copy your data. Your information stays where it belongs. We believe productivity insights should empower you, not surveil you.
